Payment Terms

AI Legal Africa processes payments for legal consultation services and case processing fees. All fees are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

• Registration fees are non-refundable once account access is granted.
• Consultation fees are charged per session or case assignment.
• Payment must be completed before accessing premium features or advisor consultations.
• We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, and verified proof of payment uploads.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• When a legal advisor declines to accept your case before work has commenced.
• In the event of duplicate charges or incorrect transaction amounts.
• If technical issues prevent you from accessing paid services within 7 days of payment.
• When services are not delivered as described or agreed upon.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@ailegal.africa within 14 days of the transaction. Processing time for approved refunds is 7-14 business days. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.

Non-refundable items: Registration fees after account activation, consultation fees for completed sessions, and document processing fees for successfully analyzed documents.
